TALENT APPLICATIONS

When you submit an application through our website, we process the personal data you provide, including contact details, photographs, videos, measurements, portfolio information, social media profiles, and any other information included in your application.

We process this data for the purpose of assessing your suitability for presentation, contacting you regarding your application, and, where applicable, entering into and performing a representation or management agreement.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and contract performance), Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests in conducting our talent selection process), and, where special categories of personal data are voluntarily provided, Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR (consent).

If no representation agreement is concluded, application data will be generally be deleted within six months after completion of the application process unless legal retention obligations or legitimate interests require longer storage.
